He has bachelor degree on Biologic Sciences and Psychology. He is
graduated as Environment Engineer and Energy Engineer.
Since 2000 he is Director of Urban Ecology Agency of Barcelona. From 1992 to
2000 he has been director of projects oriented to planning at ‘Junta de
Saneamiento’ and ‘Junta de Residuos’ of the Government of Catalonia. He
has
Developed an Urban Ecology Program while he was director of Integration
and Revitalization Programs of Ciutat Vella, Barcelona (1990-1992).
From januray 1986 to 1990 he was General Manager of Environmental
Services of Barcelona City Council. From 1980 to 1986 he was General
Manager of Environmental Services of Sant Adrià de Besos City Council.
He is member of Expert Group for Urban Environment of European Union
(1994-2000).
He is author of scientific, technical and public communication articles on
urban environment. |

(1st Tier Prize). Currently he teaches at the Korea National University of
